Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kashmiri Handicrafts Bazaar, we take great care in handcrafting each item with love and precision. As each product is made by skilled artisans, we follow a transparent and respectful cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our creators.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@kashmirhandcraftbazaar.com with your order ID. Orders canceled within this window will be fully refunded.

  • After Shipping:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and refer to our return policy in case of damage or incorrect item.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

As our products are handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Minor variations in color, weave, or embroidery

  • Change of mind or preference

However, we will offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive an incorrect item

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number and delivery details

3. Refund Process

Once we verify the claim:

  • A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement product will be shipped, as per your preference

Refund Timeline: Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after verification.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Product has been used, worn, washed, or altered

  • The issue is based on personal preference or perceived imperfection in handcrafted elements


5. Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved, we will arrange the reverse pickup where possible.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to courier the item back, and we’ll reimburse the shipping charges (with receipt).
